Wedding Expo 2025
The 2025 wedding expo was filled with beautiful visitors and incredible suppliers. I loved every moment of it, and talking to everyone about their aspirations and dreams was truly an eye-opening experience.
Red Themed Tea Ceremony
A beautiful red theme tea ceremony. Gives off a luxurious feel with the dazzling chandeliers, coupled with the arranged trays and acrylic chairs to make the whole event just a little bit more special
Mannequin and Weddings
The mannequin adorned in the brides dress is often used to represent the willingness and next step to life. It brings all sorts of emotions but most of all happiness and anticipation for the road ahead.
Trays
Traditionally, the groom's family would visit the bride's family with a dowry as a way of asking for her hand in marriage. This practice symbolized the joining of two families, representing their unity and mutual acceptance.
Florals by the welcome sign
Having a bit of florals near the welcome sign brings forth the feeling of openness and celebration. In this photo we have used the concept of spring, with pastel colors and undertones of green.
Gorgeous!
Watching the beautiful bride all adorned in white was memorizing. Having the bride in white with the spring theme really captured the elegance and gave shimmer to the wedding.
Golden Hour at the bridal table
We opted for a golden theme, which brought a cozy, autumnal vibe to the wedding. The combination of florals, disco balls, candles, and skylights added an extra touch of elegance to an already stylish event.
Guest Tables
In this image, we used two stands—one smaller and one taller—to create a contrasting effect. We kept the design simple, ensuring the colors complemented each other without clashing, and added golden candle holders for that extra touch of elegance.
1st Birthday
We went all out on this one, pairing blue and white with silver balls and a white chandelier to really highlight the event’s key elements. This setup also created a perfect backdrop for people standing in the center for photos, while giving off a celebratory mood that was both cute and fitting for a baby boy’s event.
A view from far
From a distance, the arch paired with the silver balls was truly stunning. It had a surreal yet undeniably cute feel, thanks to the beautiful color combinations. Add in the adorable little chairs and tableware, and it all came together perfectly—an "OMG, so cute!" moment.

Paying attention to every detail is what makes this job so rewarding. It really makes you want to focus on each element and refine it until everything is perfect.
Decorating for a romantic jazzy night
We had a chance to really create an orchid floral arrangement and add vibrance using led nights. We really tried to capture the essence of a romantic but yet jazzy vibe.
Lunar New Year
For the 2025 Lunar New Year, we’ve created a display featuring six koi fish to symbolize good luck and prosperity for the year ahead. At Old Man Pho, we wanted to make this festive season extra special for all of our restaurant’s clients, bringing a touch of celebration and joy to the experience.
Koi Fishes
It was truly a long night crafting these pieces. It took us over a week to get everything ready, starting with the foam fillings and working our way through to the finer details, like the tails.
